Job Benchmarking; “If the Job Could Talk, What Would the Job Say”

We have partnered with TTI to use their patented job benchmarking process because it objectively lets the “job talk” so that common biases are removed and you get the most objective information on what the job requires for success. Based on this factual, data based approach you are able to create a solid foundation for hiring the right person as well as coaching and developing incumbents in the right areas so they can excel in the job.
Through a process using subject matter experts Key Accountabilities for the job are first defined, prioritized and weighted. Then based on the key accountabilities SME’s respond to a comprehensive, objective assessment which through a series of complex computations results in a report that provides the job requirements in each category measured.
Once the benchmark is finalized individuals can be compared against the job benchmark and a gap report can be run. This provides the insight needed to determine how effectively the individual will match the requirements of the job or for an incumbent where coaching and development should be focused to have the greatest ROI.
