Executive and High Potential Coaching. Our approach to coaching is designed is to get you practical results quickly and to facilitate real behavior modification. Through the use of assessments and dialog we help individuals overcome limiting behaviors and increase their success so you get the business results you want.  We can help whether the individual is a strong performer whose interpersonal skills are a limitation or an individual who has the skills but not the will or an individual who has been accused of sexual harassment, hostile behavior, negative attitude or other limiting behaviors.  During our process we: Identify underlying causes for behaviors, Identify strength of motivation to change, Develop practical action plan for achieving success, Reinforce positive changes.

Effective Team Development. This process helps work teams focus on and commit to getting results and achieving the objectives of the team and organization. We have special expertise in working with teams in crisis – teams comprised of talented individuals who have gotten off track and become dysfunctional when they come together to try and achieve results. Our customized team development process gets at the real issues and focuses the team on taking practical actions to get back on track and get real results. Executive Leadership Development. This process designed specifically for executives gives them the opportunity to enhance their competency to succeed and thrive in today’s challenging environment. Meeting the Management Challenge. This practical course uses experiences and problems regularly faced by managers to help them build a solid foundation of management practices and skills to deal with the myriad of people opportunities and challenges they face on a daily basis. This program is designed to enhance an individual managers ability to provide direction and feedback and manage more effectively in today’s dynamic work environment. It is also modular in nature so you can pick and choose the modules needed within your organization for increased management effectiveness. Dynamic Communication. This program focuses on the most effective ways to open the doorway to increased communication. A practical approach is used that participants have found helpful in increasing communication and understanding among coworkers, dealing effectively with “difficult” employees, increasing sales and improving customer service.

eXceptional Customer Service. This program addresses such topics as the following: new rules of customer satisfaction, defining your customer service culture, the internal customer, laying the groundwork for customer interactions, exceptional customer attitudes, customer friendly systems, handling tough customer situations.

Performance Excellence. Personal accountability and self management are key to successful performance.  Unfortunately, they are two areas in which individuals tend to rate the lowest on both self-scoring and organizational surveys.  This course provides the understanding, practical tools and techniques for individuals to increase their effectiveness and results, enhance their professionalism and take their self-management and personal accountability competencies to new levels.

Achieve Your Summit. This motivational course is designed to help individuals identify the full potential that they have and to implement a plan for taking practical steps to fully achieve their potential. Selling Skills for the Non-Sales Professional. Everyone is in “sales”  in one way or another yet for most people sales is an evil word that causes them to run in the opposite direction.  This course helps people look “sales” differently and understand the power of “sales” in getting buy in for ideas and programs that will accomplish team and organizational goals and objectives.  Whether an individual is a manager having to influence their staff members; in a staff department having to work effectively with line employees or having to influence volunteers to engage with the organization and get results this program can change limiting mindsets and give them the practical tools and techniques to get better results with and through others.
